May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 8: Farewell Magic Kingdom

The final day of a Disney trip is something that is sadly inevitable.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 7: Epcot does Beverly

There comes a time in every Disney trip, usually around the second to the last day, when it starts really becoming real...there's not much time left. In my case, I literally start making lists of all the little things I don't want to forget to do.

This was to be our last Epcot day. I didn't want to forget anything.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 6: Magic Kingdom

For day 6 of our trip, we went back to Magic Kingdom and took it easy.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 5: Hollywood Studios and Solo Evening

Day 5 of our Disney trip dawned, and I had no idea how unusual a day it would end up being.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 4: Animal Kingdom and Meg!

Welcome to day 3 of our May Disney trip! For our third day, we went to Animal Kingdom to explore Pandora for the first time in daylight. To be honest, even though everyone raves about Pandora at night, I preferred it in the day.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 3: Magic Kingdom Vow Renewal

Today I get to share a very very special day with you. Our ten year wedding anniversary is October 3rd, but Disney World is very very busy at that time of year, so we decided to do our vow renewal, and celebrate our anniversary, on our May trip.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 2:Epcot

Day two of our Disney trip was an Epcot day! We woke up early, but not ridiculously so. Now that fast passes to Frozen Ever After are easier to obtain, it's not necessary to do the Frozen 5K first thing in the morning.

May 2018 Disney World Trip - Day 1: Magic Kingdom

Welcome, Foolish Mortals, to the long overdue trip blog for Tom and my early May triumphant return to Disney World!

The last time we were at Disney World was December 2016, which was far far too long ago. An expensive foray to Disneyland last summer (to visit the original, and go to D23) meant that it was a year and a half between Disney World trips, but absence makes the heart grow fonder, and we were eager to see our favorite place again.
